Must have experience working in the healthcare services field and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

The position involves supervision of staff and direct interventions with individuals and case management. Applicants for Lead Staff must have a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working in the community with persons with disabilities REQUIRED.

The position involves supervision of staff and direct interventions with individuals and case management. Applicants for Program Manager must have a minimum of two year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and a Bachelor’s in a Human Services field, including Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Therapeutic Services, Nursing, or other related fields. Experience working in the community with persons with disabilities REQUIRED. Salaried position – commensurate upon education and experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field with a minimum of two years experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; competency in the area of skills training; ability to assess residents’ needs; ability to organize large household’ ability to meet licensure requirements; ability to supervise other staff or at least 3 years experience in the field of ID/DD providing direction, development and implementation, direct supervision and monitoring (observation and evaluation of staff implementing care, service plans & interacting with clients) to the service provided. This position has responsibility for approving assessments and individual service plans or treatment plans to ensure that appropriate services are provided to meet the needs of the individuals serviced. Must have documented experience developing, conducting, and approving assessments and individual service plans or treatment plans.
